I have been dealing with a missing banner that I am paying to have for many months now. I went to switch out my banner and could not add anything after deleting my old banner. I have contacted Etsy support and have done the recommended steps they gave me. Nothing has worked. I recently reached out to them to find out what is going on and I was told it would be escalated again,to the Technical Team to fix. I am hoping Etsy will fix this soon and that I am credited for the time I did not get to access this feature. If anyone has any information on how to fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it if you could share how you or Etsy resolved it. Thank you
