Bank deposits since verifying messed up

My bank deposits are set up for weekly.  Since verifying my bank acct with Plaid, I have not received any deposits.  The last deposit was Oct. 17th. I see where the next deposit is set up for Nov 14th.  and as a weekly deposit.  We have had sales.  Not sure how to get help with this.  any suggestions.

Re: Bank deposits since verifying messed up

Assuming the verification process went smoothly & you received the notice that you had been confirmed.

Did you use the "Instant" method or "Manual"? Some shop owners posted about having issues after they used the "Instant" method. If they changed their bank account password & removed Plaid (its app, etc.) from having access to their account, everything went off the rails.

As NanaLetha mentioned, the credit card is the usual culprit. Today is a holiday. If everything appears to be good, if you don't receive your deposit Monday, 14th, you'll need to contact Etsy.

Re: Bank deposits since verifying messed up

Thank you for responding.  I used the instant method to verify my acct.  I did not remove plaid or change my password.  So waited until today for a deposit and did not receive one.  Could you please tell me how to contact Etsy.  I have not ever found where or how to get in touch with them.  I would appreciate it very much.  Thank you

Re: Bank deposits since verifying messed up

@TheHuckleberryBucket  - Go to shop manager - community & help - contact us - seller - then pick the best topic title. There are some for finance issues.

Often you will be sent to a help article. Keep looking for the link option "I still need help". That will link you to email.
Since you are a Star Seller - look for a link to chat in your shop manager. Some times it's there, others it's not. You may also get the chat option when going thru the 'contact us' selections. Many have said Chat is outsourced but it may get things going quicker.
Other times you may see the option to enter your phone number for a call back. If anything that would usually be during Etsy's EST hours of operation.

Finally, on any generic response emails you receive from Etsy on the issue, reply to that email that your issue is not resolved. Do not open new help tickets - all that does is put you at the end of the line again.

As a "PS" I have seen a good number of threads where shops have not been receiving their scheduled deposits. One gets the sense there is a glitch somewhere.

Re: Bank deposits since verifying messed up

Thank you very much for the direction, I appreciate your help.  I will say Etsy does not make it easy to find a contact for them.   I did finally get in contact with Esty and they resolved the issue in a flash.  So all is back normal. thanks again
