I am looking for help wity my bank account verification. Etsy support is replying me chatbot like statements for last 2 weeks - very bad experience.
Steps I follow:
1. Select verify bank account - my bank account is in EUR so I select option 2 (My bank is in diffrent currency)
2. I attach bank statement letter and upload it.
3. Bank statememt upload confirmation message. I am supposed to wait 5-7 business days.
It is more than 2 weeks now and my shop is still disabled without any feedback from Etsy. Anyone had this isue? Is there an option to talk to real support to get this solved?
