Never have I changed my bank account details and received deposits with no problem, now, over a month ago my payment account got deleted and asked me to re-upload, so I did, and now it cant get verified, tried multiple times, one of them worked, but then they failed to make the deposit so decided to delete it again, now it can't get verified and anyone can't tell me a reason why it is. (I've also tried with a different bank account too, but none worked)
Chat says talk to email then proceed to not answer to not reply in chat ever, and emails just don't come, I've verified my email so I can get emails from support and tons of Etsy adds, but none talking about the issue I have.
I'm now near 3 months of deposits behind and can't get a resolution. Has anyone been through this and what advice can you give me? Please help.

You send Etsy an email from under Help called Contact us. Etsy doesn't send you an email. And chat really can't help with this.
I know both of those things, but did way more than you described and still didn't get a resolution or proper human response from any kind of support sadly, I'd have to find a solution myself, I know how a bank statement looks from where I'm from
Etsy is obliged by law to reverify accounts periodically but how could your payment account get deleted? What do you mean by deleted? What were you asked to re-upload and how were you asked to do that, via an email? Are you sure you have not been scammed? This all sounds rather strange.
Etsy chat is very limited so you are wasting your time trying to get any resolution there so your only option is to get support via email.
it was all in app, I havent received any email.
I had a bank account (verified for over a year) in my profile, then I got the notification to upload it again, so I checked and mine wasn't there anymore, just a button that said upload, so I reuploaded it (The exact same one) and now it can't get verified, I just get the "reupload please" email from support, but my information its still the same, I even got verified one of those new times, but never received the test deposit so support email basically said; we can't do it, reupload.
