Bad quality on About section video

Why is Etsy compressing video so much when upload a video to the About section?

Is there any way to fix it?

I upload a 1080p video 1080x1920p that is really good quality before I upload it, but it seams like Etsy is compressing it really hard, making it look like crap!

Any input on how to fix it really appreciated.

Size - 300 MB max

Format - MOV, MPEG, AVI, MP4, M4V

Aspect ratio - We have no requirements but strongly recommend landscape videos.

Length - We recommend not exceeding 2 minutes. Any video over 10 minutes may experience longer than usual upload times.
