BULK PRICE EDIT REVERTING AFTER SUCCESSFULLY APPLYING

HELP! I'm trying to bulk edit product pricing to reflect my new shipping rate. I'm able to select multiple listings, I'm able to access the drop down and change the price, I'm able to apply. I see the updated changes under my products, but when I refresh the page or go to my shop, all of the prices have reverted back.

I've successfully done this before. I've cleared cookies/cache. Logged out/in. Tried less listings. Tried one listing. It's still happening!

Etsy takes a bit of time to echo changes across its servers.  See if the changes have taken in about 20 minutes.

So far it's been about an hour and it's still not reflecting the change. I'll check again tomorrow and hopefully either someone else has some insight or it'll be updated!

It's after I refresh the page that it reverts back to the original pricing. I'm going to check again now to see if changes are reflected.

I found a bug I think ... I initially tried an across-the-board increase by selecting all items, and the change did not take.  So I did one item, it took (but didn't show up for about 20 minutes), and after that I was able to do the select-all across-the-board increase, but I deselected the already-updated item first.

Wonder if there is a bug in the programming where selecting all is giving the wrong count so the action fails.  Sounds to the programmer in me that different parts of code are using 0 as the first item and other parts 1.  So in one part the number of items to process (selected) is treated as and array with dimensions 0 to Count-1, and in another part of the cost it is being treated as 1 to Count.  If both are used in the same routine the results will be failure or missed items.

Just a guess, but maybe the mods want to throw this to the devs to see if they can replicate and fix.

Thank you. Initially I tried "select all" on the page. Then I selected a smaller amount. Then I selected just one item and the glitch is still happening.

I've just tried to bulk edit mine in lieu of the new US tariff and it's not changed anything.  I've just re-added the US to my delivery settings and urgently need to adjust my prices accordingly before someone makes a purchase.  What are we supposed to do if this doesn't work?

Idk!!!! I went through about 25 listings one by one to update each variant and it took HOURS!!!! We need more people to report this because I’ve not gotten any good info from either Etsy or Printful!

I now appear to have domestic and global pricing set up, which I don't remember doing, although it might have been because I was playing around with the prices before deciding to add the tariff to the shipping cost instead.  I now have two different prices for domestic and global.

I just changed a price on multiple items in my shop. The price change went through and shows on all the items.

Try "getvela" ... it is a paid program ($5-10/month?) that integrates with your Etsy listings (I think Shopify too) ... it can do many different kinds of bulk edits that you cannot do directly on Etsy.  Well worth the price IMHO.

Try Evlista too.  Connect shop, select item(s), hit edit, and pick from plethora of things to change/delete/replace/amend.

Only thing not there is domestic pricing and HTS code.  Developer said Etsy doesn't expose those in its programming API.  Yet I suspect.
