I had a customer accidentally leave a one star review, which instantly brought my star seller rating to a 4.8. The customer has changed their review but the star seller portal still shows it as a one star review. I am not getting a reply from support.
@UniqueGiftOrnaments OP must have had a different 1-star review than the one you are talking about because this didn't sound like an "accidental" rating that was left by the buyer. Maybe the OP doesn't realize that the calculation is spread over three months and not just one month and that stats aren't updated live time.
I don't see any 1 star review except for the one on Dec. 19. You responded to the review, so don't think buyer will be able to change it.
