Average rating doesn’t match with star seller results in APP

Hello, My star seller data based on last review period: December 1, 2022–February 28, 2023 tells me I got the max 5 stars average ratings and it doesn’t show correctly. It shows 4.9 after a few days from the beginning of March. It says it can take 24h to change but not a few days. Though my score is still good, I would like to understand why because I worked hard for it.

Are you sure you aren't looking at the current period which would be January-March (current progress for April)? 

At the end of December, there was a 3 star. Therefore, for the period December-February for the March badge, the rating wouldn't be 5. 

ETA: Unless I missed something after calculating, if Etsy rounded (it has in my case for all metrics), it would be 5 since yours comes to 4.96. So, now I have no idea. Sorry : (

the metric for reviews is 4.8 or higher

when I look at yours, it  says 4.8 or higher, like all do

in your actual stats, you can download the csv, and see how many you have, and if it would counteract the 3* - do it for "last review period"
