Automatic sales/discount codes not working since 11/20

As of monday, a new sale started in my shop but I had a customer send me a message saying the sale didn't apply and sent screencaptures all the way to the checkout screen--she's right, they did not apply.  No one has used that coupon code.  I tried deleting that sale and adding a new one, still doesn't work.  I added a manual coupon code people could add to their orders, that also doesn't work.

I have noticed in my orders/stats that no coupon code created 11/20 or later has been used at all.  At the same time my orders tanked, going from being up over 16% for the month to down -2% in three days.  It's a BIG drop, my orders are pretty consistent.  The only thing I can think of is all of my customers are trying to use my holiday sales and getting angry/frustrated when they don't work.

Please fix this! I've been trying to contact Etsy directly to report this issue but I can't find any link that works.

your current sale is working fine for me, 20% off applies in cart, and tells me what i need to add to get that.

This morning I sent a coupon code and it does not work, customer very frustrated. I used to simply copy the link and they could easily click on it in the message and it worked like a charm every time. Now a coupon pops up with my shop logo but it's useless. I explained that the code could simply be typed in at checkout but they said that did not work either. It was much easier before with a simple link that worked. I offered to do a refund if they purchased but what else can be done to fix this?
