It has been several years since I was selling on Etsy and I have tried to resubmit new business info so that I can re-open my shop. But it has been 10 business days since submitting and I have followed up with emailing Etsy support with no response. My shop is on vacation mode until the review of my documents is completed.
Does anyone know if there is a different way to contact support? Or if its typical for it to take this long? The dashboard says it typically takes 2-5 business days.
I'm just wondering if there's another way to get in touch with support because the Etsy platform looks quite different since the last time I was a seller.
