I haven't changed anything at all, and as of today I did not get emails, phone notification or app ch-chings from two sales. Luckily I checked my shop anyway! This has never happened before (and I've been here since 2011). Is this a technical issue with Etsy?
It's strange, I get notifications and emails from Etsy on everything except my sales. If they can send some why can't they send all? I've contacted Etsy but nothing has changed.
@LaurelArts I always get emails and texts- it just stopped today! I checked all of my settings. Have you gone into your account settings to check what you have enabled as far as emails go?
I stopped getting email order notifications the minute Etsy sent me an email request to update my info due to the inform act. The minute I updated the needed info, my email order notifications resumed. This took about a week as there was an Etsy glitch that prevented me from providing the info needed. Did you by chance get an email about the inform act or is it on your dashboard? I’ve been here since 2011 as well and that’s the first time I did not receive email order notifications.
