April orders not updated for Star seller shipping badge

I specifically worked to get enough orders out early last week so that I would reach the 95% on time shipping rate and earn the star seller badge for April.  Ten (10) orders that shipped on Saturday, April 29, were not calculated in my April stats. I should have had a total of 21 orders with only one shipping late.  Please rectify so I can get the star seller badge back.  My shop has been closed for almost three months because of a health crisis in my family so I need all the help I can get to recover my sales.

It's very annoying that Etsy says to post concerns about here if you think something was calculated wrong, but then no one on Etsy responds.  That's a bad look, Etsy.

@FreeRangeBookbinding I believe the word "early" is the key to your issue "I specifically worked to get enough orders out early last week"

For SSP CSV purposes, all Orders are assigned to the Month they are due to Ship, not the Month they are completed and shipped. Also, as Etsy uses a Third Party resource to track shipping, the last 2 days of the Month are often not updated in time for inclusion in that Month's statistics.

You appear to have a 5- 10  day "processing" timeframe, so Orders received on the last days of any Month will not be counted towards that Month's statistics, but they will be updated on the next Month's.

Etsy Community Specialists have confirmed that this is the "process" and it is designed to ensure Sellers who receive Orders in one Month but who are not due to ship until the next Month are not unfairly penalized where SSP is concerned.

There are only sellers like you on this forum. I don't think anyone could help you. You could possibly contact Etsy support via email but I doubt they will intervene. I'm sorry to say that. Good luck next month.

But if you read the FAQ, it specifically says to post in the technical area of the forums if you feel something has been miscalculated.  Silly me, I thought they meant that.

Star Seller takes at least 24 to 48 hours to update, so you can't count on anything that happens on the last couple of days of the month.

If you read over the requirements and other posts on this issue, the last 2 days of the month often are not counted towards the badge.

It won't be the loss of a badge that hinders recovering; it's most likely the inactivity for the 3 months you had to take off. If you have social media, lean on it! Your work is lovely
