Any other digital template sellers have issues with customers that use Apple*Pay?
None of mine who pay with Apple*Pay can find their download links (plus Etsy assigns them a weird appleID email address so they don't receive their emailed receipt either). So I have to email out every order that is paid with Apple*Pay
I have contacted support who tell me that I have to get the customers to follow up on this (which of course they won't do). Plus the linnk they gave me to give my customers is just the regular chat function!
Has anyone else had any success contacting technical staff at Etsy - to try and get this resolved (it's been a year or so that it's been happening).

I have many people pay with Apple Pay without problems. The buyer needs to login to their Etsy account
The customers who reach out to me have had their purchase assigned to a new account (not their Etsy Account) that is called "Sign in with Apple User". I have seen loads of these all with that same Etsy account name (but are actually different accounts)
The emails associated with all these "Sign in with Apple User" accounts are all addresses that the customer doesn't actually have access to (looking similar to: ighdyebgjt@privaterelay.appleid.com)
@SIMONEmadeit: eMails sent to a "privaterelay@appleid.com" address are supposed to be automatically forwarded to the user's real eMail address.
@BagmakerSupply : Thanks - good to know! The ones who get in touch with me obviously haven't either received it or seen the forwarded email (and unfortunately, I am getting an increasingly large number of messages from customers who have seen no way to download the files they purchased).
