App won't let me add photos

The app is up to date. It will allow me to delete photos but not add them. I cannot be emailing myself 10 photos and then adding them over website. It'll take too long per listing. Any ideas? I've restarted my phone, closed app and no updates available.

@SusanSorrentino: Almost all mobile devices (such as a smart phone) have a browser preinstalled on them or have the ability to install one. Then you can use it essentially the same as using your desktop browser.

Use a browser on your phone or get a cord and download them to a non phone device. Quicker than emailing. The app is crap

You're not alone. This is happening to me also. Last night & today. Can delete but not load regardless of what I try. Hoping it's a glitch that will soon be fixed. I am not a fan of this new app.

This has been going on for weeks. I also reported it. This glitch sure is making it difficult to list from phone app where all of my photos come from  I can't even add photos to existing listings. Help help help... Come on Etsy, you can do better!

It's been over 3 weeks. No fix. No Android photos working with app. 

I've done all the steps. 

Posting on other platforms until I can use Etsy again.

I switched to browser. It's such a pain. This app used to work so well for me and now it's almost worthless. I would think Etsy has enough tech support that they could fix this quicker.

Same issue... I'm able to share photos from my phone directly to my laptop and work from there.  Have pretty much given up on the app.

It's happening to me as well.  I take all my photos with my phone and don't want to flood my computer with them.  So frustrating.
