My app shows I have an open order. It is from 5yrs ago and I can’t figure out how to make it go away. It doesn’t show when I login online.
anyone else have this happen? How can I get rid of it?
@melissasknits : There are many threads in this forum about issues with the apps. This kind of issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data. As you have noticed, the (desktop) browser version of Orders and Shipping should be up to date at all times.
Thank you for your reply but I have tried all of that. It has been 5 yrs so I have had multiple phones in that time and it does it on all of them...regardless of logging out, logging in and refreshing, updating etc. I did search the forums but only saw where it was also showing up online in the browser. I can manage, just frustrating to have that little notification always there
