App crashes in my iPhone 14

I really need some help, is been 7 days and nothing helps. The app in my iPhone 14 keeps crashing. I have to go back and work on my old iPhone in order to work in my store. I tried to delete the app and re install, also restart the phone, taking wifi out, putting it on airplane. I even downloaded the new app for Etsy and is worse. I can’t get it to work. It is very frustrating. Wish I can speak with someone to see what’s going on. Any ideas please.

Same here, iphone 13. The app appears to be broken, and I dont like using the new or trial seller app (the blue one) - too much information and too messy to use.....a graphic designers dream Im sure, but a users nightmare.  I only use the (orange) seller app normally to check on things or read a message,  but cant even to that anymore
