Anyone having trouble with their Etsy Explore app?

My Etsy Explore app wont load any content or let me do anything on it.  Anyone else having trouble with that?  It says : "There was a problem loading your dashboard."

Maybe it's called: Etsy Seller Preview app.   It's the new app etsy is pushing to post videos and content of your items.

Yes.  Having this same problem as well.  Message is "There was a problem loading your dashboard. If this keeps happening, contact Etsy Support."... tried many things to troubleshoot with no success.

I came on to see if this has been asked. Mine does not work either. When I am listing, it gets stuck

Mine seems to be working fine on my iphone 11. Perhaps uninstall and reinstall it?
