I have been trying to verify my bank account for about 6 weeks.
Etsy sent me several small deposits.
I typed these amounts into the box and clicked verify and it said they were wrong. I tried entering last amount sent, first, a sum of etc. all to no avail.
I contacted Etsy support and they suggested several things. I tried reentering my bank details and waiting for a new deposit. They asked me about my browser and add ons. I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement to prove i had reveived the deposits and wasn´t making it up.
In the end i think i have dealt with about ten different customer service representatives, and explained the problem a million times. But now they are just ignoring my emails. Any suggestions as to how i resolve the matter??? Is there a phone number? They implied it was a technical problem with the website, has anyone had a similar problem???
