Anyone getting a white blank "picture" instead of the black one?

The black "picture" is gone but this morning the primary thumb nail pic is showing white. I went into the listing, clicked on the white thumbnail, it became the item but when saved, went back to white in my shop. Anyone else seeing this?

Now I went back to my home page and see the right picture again. I wonder what customers are seeing.

I see a black rectangle in my orders list where the thumbnail of the item should be. It was already happening yesterday and it's still happening today, I've just had an order which shows the black thumbnail.

Out of 79 listings in my Etsy store, 17 are either black or white squares.... I hope Etsy is reading this and a fix is in the works.  I can't help but wonder why it's so hard to communicate with us to at least acknowledge there is an issue......

Yes mine too. White ones, black ones and zoomed in ones. I figured out something. When I replace the first photo with the second photo, it fixes itself.

As far as knowing what others are seeing, it definitely is user dependent. My shop looked fine on my phone, I wasn't viewing it through the Etsy app, just the normal Etsy website. My husband did the same thing on his phone and there was a blacked out listing on each page of my shop : (

I just checked someone's shop for the solid color photo boxes and hers has solid black, white, orange, blue and green boxes.

For the past week my shop has had super zoomed in listing photos on random listings, old and very new.  I had a friend check yesterday on Etsy buyer app on her phone and everything looked right.  I also sold one of the items yesterday with the zoomed photo so I don't think everyone sees the same thing but it is very frustrating.

Thank you @BlossomandTwig !  This definitely confirms it's user dependent as @Suniq is seeing something different. What is up with the radio silence on this from Etsy?

Yes I have both.  They look equally bad.  I'm listing nothing on this site until this is for sure fixed and maybe when I have better answers about the whole protection policy.  It really is starting to look and sound like Etsy is desinigrating.

Yes I am seeing variations of photo glitches in my shop. Some black, some blank, some a solid color and some zoomed in and also some that are half black and the other half of the photo is a green cropped “night vision” look. I also noticed that glitch on a different website today (a craft retailer website).
