I click the main photo box when creating a new listing and absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't even seem to indicate that I clicked on it. Anyone with any help in this matter? It would really be appreciated.
I've had issues but not that one. I blame my slow loading issues to high internet activity and just wait till it loads faster. Hopefully someone can help
Try another app or browser ? I have had issues the last couple months with photo loading speed. Lately I have been taking pix with my phone and editing and resizing there to get them to approx.2000 across ( original files are too large) then saving as draft via the app and then fine tuning on my PC. I use calculated shipping and no shipping profiles which is not conducive for app listing. I could probably struggle through it but I would rather do the fine tuning on my PC. Easier to see and handle. My photos do load a lot faster via the app. ( old app still)
It really is. Especially at this time of year. I have always used Chrome with no issues. But trying to upload pics now on a new listing is almost like my screen froze, but only for images. I can add the rest of the information just fine.
Ever since recently changing internet providers, I have had issues upload photos via my laptop to my Esty shop. The photo upload circle just chugs around and around. I found that turning the wifi off and back on eliminates 99% of the issue. Good luck, this can be a big frustration.
