Yes. I have one order with 4 items. I purchased one label for a USPS priority flat-rate envelope. Etsy printed and charged for two labels. One for the USPS flat-rate envelope and one for USPS ground advantage. My order still shows that I need to purchase shipping for the other two items, even though it's all one order. Definitely a glitch.
