When checking already-shipped orders directly through messages, I cannot seem to automatically have the shipment information populate. I have to first hit "Get shipping label", then exit that, and the shipment information shows up. I don't think it was always like this.
If I check an order directly through the "Completed orders" page, the shipment information populates automatically. How do I get it to do that when looking at orders through messages?
