My shop has been inexplicably placed on vacation mode again since yesterday. This is unfortunately not an isolated incident. Throughout 2024, this has happened multiple times, causing significant disruption to my business. Most recently, my shop was on vacation mode from December 13th to the evening of the 25th. What's even more baffling is that it was briefly activated only to deduct listing fees! Seriously, Etsy? I'm beyond frustrated. Very poor service, Etsy.
My shop has been vacation mode from Jan. 28. I have uploaded driver's licence immediately.
"Your document has been submitted for review." is displayed.
Although the above situation, 2 new orders were accepted on Jan. 31, and my shop became vacation mode again.
My shop was reactivated again on Feb. 1, but the status is pending verification.
I can't understand this situation.
if you are repeatedly being put on vacation,
something is not matching, and the bots are highlighting it,
I would go back through all your stuff, and make sure everything matches exactly,
so, if you are susan J smith in one place, you are not susan jane smith in another
if you vave St. in one place, you don't have Street in another
if you have a business registration, the online info etsy checks your business number against in your country, matches exactly what you have on etsy
It could be a small difference, that the bots are picking up.
