Another forced vacation mode

As many others, our shop has been put on forced vacation mode without any communication from Etsy. Posting here seems to be the best way of reaching someone on the Etsy team, via a Mod, to help get this issue resolved for everyone that’s been affected.

Wishing you the best of luck I’ve been trying since Wednesday morning to get someone to reactivate my account. They keep giving me the runaround with documents being uploaded every time they ask me for a document I send it, but it’s never the right one so frustrating by the way I’m a star seller And constantly meeting my deliveries and Customer Levels

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this.  And it's unfortunate Etsy support can't be obtained unless public reports are made. It is very concerning.   Bumping up this thread in the hope that it helps.
