Another day, another listing that was incorrectly removed due to your AI system's incorrect enforcement of "creativity standards"
I had one of your reps tell me during our phone chat that my listing should not have been removed, and she would "escalate it to the appropriate team." That "team" sent me the same form email I had received initially and closed the case.
This has now happened twice, where a craft supply, in this case decoupage paper.
Two weeks ago this happened and the form fed email said if it happened again my account would be suspended and my stars were taken instantly. Finally, I got to the correct team who immediately said it was removed in error and removed the strike and reinstated my stars.
Now here I am today with another violation for decoupage paper not being a craft. With over 2600 active listings, and 26,000 sales of supplies, I am trying to convince Etsy AGAIN they were wrong on the action on this listing, and to NOT take further action on my account and wait for the next incorrect flag to shut down my entire business. Just a copy of a form fed response telling me what a supply is. I'm aware. Its a supply. You just agreed with me on that last week.
Please help me and help your other sellers who have been incorrectly caught up with your AI's latest sweep with zero support after the fact.
To other users, if this has happened to you, you are NOT alone and I understand your frustration. Support is basically not existent and they could care less about individual loyal small businesses.
I'm selling on a site meant for handmade and supplies, getting flagged for selling supplies. It's insane.
