An issue changing my PayPal account

Hello, I have an issue changing my PayPal account on Etsy Payment. I lost my logging details in a previous email account on PayPal. I changed my PayPal email address. I tried to change my PayPal email on Etsy but didn't have that email account to get any security code.
How can I Change this PayPal email address? I didn't get any orders after that issue. please help me.

@alakamanda: Without access to the eMail account (and therefore no way to verify who wants to make the change), you will need to have Etsy make this change themselves after they verify that it is in fact you making the request. Try https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling or you can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
