I am an owner of baby clothing company. It was hard to sell online. Anyways we made 3 sells and I already sold 1 item in person. Even if I made a sell of 65$ it wasn’t shown on the system (credit card sell). Therefore l, I couldn’t reach Star Seller limits.
I don’t know how to communicate the technical team. So, it is a sad June for me while I was about to reach my targets… So sad.
The star seller is evaluated for 3 months. You must make a minimum of $300 and 5 sales.
Why would you need to communicate with the tech team?
Off-topic, but important: Onesie and Hello Kitty are trademarked.
@PajamaFiesta: Keep in mind that Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period (in Canada 5 orders and $350 CAD).
As an aside - and since you ship to the US - you should include your Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) Children’s Product Certificate information in your listings. I suspect that many people hesitate to order if they do not know whether or not the products have been tested and certified.
I'm $18.50 short of making Star Seller this month. What gets me, is that if I raised my prices to include shipping in the cost of the item, I'd be there. But "shipping" doesn't count, so I don't qualify.
Whatever. I enjoyed having the purple star there for a few months. It'll be gone tomorrow but I don't think it will matter anyway. Having it didn't work any magic, or I would not be losing it, right? It isn't a big deal.
