This is getting super annoying. Is it Plaid? Is that the issue? If it is, Etsy needs to find a new partner. For at least a month, I'm getting emails to 'verify my bank'. I go in and it's all 'just fine' all connected, but I go through the process again and again just to make sure. And the next day, again, another 'verify your bank' we can't make a deposit. What gives??

How to Update and Verify Your Bank Account for Etsy Payments Deposits – Etsy
So many times
Does Etsy ask for that via email? I thought it was a notice on your dashboard. Be very careful, there are spammers doing something similar to steal your financial information. NEVER click a link in the email, because they may send you to a fake website that looks like Etsy but isn't Etsy. Instead, navigate to Etsy the way you usually get there and see if the information really needs filled in.
I had the exact same thought so I always go to my dashboard and don't click the links in the email. Sometimes my account is fine, and other times it says I need to verify my account. Clearly it's an issue at Etsy and perhaps it's the Plaid connection/interface, not sure. But, as I said, it's very annoying because it's almost daily.
If this is coming to you in an email or a chat message it is probably scammers trying to get your financial information. Etsy puts a yellow banner on your dashboard when they require this.
I wish Etsy would chime in on the technical issue - because it's clearly an issue. My bank has remained constant for a long time. The account my sales deposits into has not changed - nothing has changed. There are days when it's just fine, and then I get daily emails saying my account has an issue and they can't deposit my sales funds - as mentioned, sometimes I check my dashboard and nothing is wrong, while other times it wants me to reconnect my account again, but when I drill down, it's still connected.
