All messages appearing in Unread folder

Recently, I noticed that all my messages (outgoing ones that I have responded to) are showing up in my unread folder, so I have dozens of messages that I have already responded to that I have to click on again in my unread folder to get them to disappear from the unread queue. Anyone have this happening or have any ideas?

I don't have any folders in messages.  Are you talking about email?  You may have set up an email for all Etsy messages to go into.

@ArtDollsbyJD I have a whole list of folders on my Messages pages (collective and individual message views) in all my shops (Inbox, Order Help Request, Sent, All, Unread, Spam, Trash) and I've never created or deleted any folders. If you don't have any, you must have somehow deleted all of them. Pretty sure the OP is talking about her Etsy Messages, not email.
