All Of My Items Deactivated

I received a message from Etsy that they had shut down my shop because I had to update some tax info. I did and later was greeted with a message saying they would get back to me in an hour. That was two days ago and no update yet. In the meantime I don't have a working shop. I saw that all of my items were "deactivated by Etsy." I still was randomly able to activate one item.

There is no clear way to contact an Etsy representative and have come here for support.

Does anyone have an email for them?

You have no payment options in your shop which means buyers cannot purchase. I'd hold off relisting anything else. You're paying a non-refundable listing fee for an item no one can purchase at the moment. It's the weekend so not likely you will hear anything from Etsy until Monday at the earliest.

While you're waiting, finish your shop ... policies, an about page. It all helps.

It's possible you have other policy violations in your shop that have triggered this action by Etsy. Your only active item is deindexed which means no one will find it in search. When Etsy deactivates items you should not reactivate them yourself without advice from Etsy.

Check your email inbox and junk mail folder for emails from Etsy.

There is no support email or phone number for Etsy. Have you tried contacting Etsy Support using the links in your shop manager? They can be slow to respond but they are the only ones that can help you reinstate your shop.

Also, please note that if Etsy fully closes your shop, you cannot open a new one. That will also be closed.

Your shop is not suspended but your items are not indexed.  This has happened to many people who have updated their tax details and it is likely to be one of Etsy's many glitches!  Send Etsy an email and put in the title "Shop Not Indexed" and hopefully they will re-index you soon.
