Ads Error Message When Trying to Start Campaign

Hey Team, 

I am getting an error message when trying to start an ads campaign. I make it to the "Set Your Daily Budget" Page, put the budget at $5 per day, then an error throws that says "Looks like something went wrong. Refresh the page and try again"

This has happened on the etsy seller app, Chrome on Mac, Safari on Mac and Chrome on iPhone.

Any ideas?

I've not used the App, but have heard from others it is very glitchy.  I would try using a mobile browser or computer.
