Adding the location in adding production partners is not working

Hi 

Im trying to add the location via the settings option, Ive followed the instructions from etsy and printify (printify states to add United States of America) Etsy states to choose from the drop down menu, there isnt a drop down option and when i enter Unite States of America it wont let me proceed? it keeps asking me to choose the location?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Hi all - I was able to find a workaround! Go to your Listings page and check the box of the listing you want to update (or a random listing if you just need to add a production partner in general).

Go to Editing options > Change production partners and add your new production partner here. This worked for me on a Mac with Chrome. (It wasn't working from any other page.)

Hi Hanna,

Based on your reply, I went poking around because my scenario was slightly different. I am in the middle of setting up my Printify account and having now linked it to my Etsy shop and created my first product, that first product wasn't yet showing up in my Etsy listings.

What I did was go back to Printify where I created that product and clicked on the far right hand side three dots for more actions of that product. I chose the "see in store" option which opened that listing in the Etsy store. From there I was able to edit the listing and find the section to add a production partner and from there, yes, as you pointed out...it worked for me. The location field auto populated with places as you started typing.

Who needs support to fix something when you have red dogged creative determination.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Hopefully this little bit of info can help others.

I even downloaded the chrome browser and tried it there to no avail so I'll be deleting the chrome browser once again.
