Are the forms of name consistent across the board. Both IRS and your state?
You can register as a sole propietor with an EIN number if desired. If you don't have employees and file taxes as an individual you may be considered a sole proprietor. You may be considered a disregarded entity.
Are you writing the name as written in the document? Tried it exactly as entered without the additional information on the line or conversely trying it will all the words on the line.
If you tried shortly after registering, you might want to wait a few days to let time for the information to be incorporated into the database. It might be a time issue.
