Add to basket button not working for customers

Hi, 

I'm getting very frustrated, for nearly 2 weeks now 32 of my listings 'add to basket' buttons do not work and customers can't purchase the items. 

I have contacted etsy and heard little to nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this or got any advice on how to resolve this issue. 

Setting up new listings and completely starting from scratch seems just so unfair .

Has a customer told you the Add to Cart doesn't work? You can't buy from your own shop so button won't work when you try. Ask a buyer to use Buy It Now button and buy the most expensive item first if there are several items in the cart. Some credit cards work best with individual purchases from shops.

My customers had tried the buy it now and add to basket. 

I have now managed to work out the issue. I did a bulk edit of the price of those listings and since then the 'add to basket' button hasn't worked. So I've gone into each of those listings individually and edited the price, then publish and it seems to make the buy and cart page work again. 

So clearly something adrift when using bulk price edit.
