I know there was an issue concerning customers getting emails after placing orders that the item was sold out when it wasn't and their order was still intact, that happened to my buyer a few weeks ago. This is a little different, today a buyer contacted me that the listing she was trying to purchase was showing as sold out, yet she was able to see that 3 are in stock. I spoke with chat this morning, they couldn't find an issue on their end. Just noting this here in case a moderator sees it and can send it up the chain. My buyer used to have an Etsy shop so she isn't a novice to the site. The issue never cleared on her end, I had to do a workaround and have her go to a different one of my listings and purchase it, then send notes regarding the changes needed. I'm sure there are other buyers who will just up and leave, assuming the item is unavailable though.
