Active Sales Showing Full Price on Listings

Hi everyone,

I’ve set up active sales in my shop, but for some reason, the discounted prices aren’t showing on my listings—they’re displaying at full price. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, do you have any advice on how to fix it?

I'm seeing 191 of your listings on sale, with between 10% and 65% off.

thank you! i have some 7% off sale on quite a few bulk listings, but it doesn't show. i can only see the 10% and 65% off ones.

I peeked at your shop and I am seeing sale prices on some items but not all... did you mean to apply sales to every item in your shop?

I see 190 sale listings out of 557 listings.

Sometimes Etsy runs a few hours behind on updates ... if you just now added the sale, I would give it a few hours to update (12 at the most), and if it still does not show correctly, then maybe end that sale and begin a brand new one.  There may be a glitch somewhere!  Best of luck.  : )

the 7% off ones started since last month, and i'm not sure if they were not showing at the beginning, but i just noticed today. the 10% off is a new sale i launched today. and 65% off has been there for over a week.  i just added some "not showing sale prices" 7%off items to the 10% list, and they shows 10% off now. and 7% off on bulk listings are still showing full prices. i'm just very confused.  

anyway, thank you so much for checking. i believe it's a  glitch, and maybe i should just cancel the 7% sale and startover.

I think the "glitch" may be because you are running multiple sales at same time?  If it helps by placing all your 7% off listings into the 10% sale, I would just do that.
