My account HarlemblingStore was suspended and appeal denied
All the items I sell are handmade
I believe the reason it’s suspended is because Etsy believes that I’m stealing other sellers photos.
However if carefully examine you will see that all item photos are from my website and are original photos
even some photos the subject is wearing a Tshirt with our store logo
for instance item:
https://harlemblingstore.etsy.com/listing/1720913486
is on my website as: https://harlembling.com/1
video on YouTube as:
https://youtu.be/a4i_4_5LnmA?si=uoUI2i3sDpe0ndFV
Other sellers have been using my photos selling on Etsy before we started but these are my HANDMADE items and my photos
i can provide video proof we have all these items and we handmade Them

If other sellers or websites are using your photos, then you need to issue a DMCA https://www.etsy.com/legal/ip-dmca/ on Etsy and any other website where someone else is using your photos. Then you need to provide proof that you have done this to Etsy.
@HarlemblingStore: Sadly, this forum is full of similar posts to yours. Yes, it is possible that there are a very high percentage of false positives due to stolen images being found on wholesale sites.
You need to keep in mind that "violated Etsys creativity standards" can encompass much more than just if it is designed and / or handmade by you personally. At the very least, it is confusing that you list an item as made by you (in New York) and at the same time say the item was made in Italy.
I spend my time between USA and italy
So you have email to any senior Etsy customer service agent by any chance
You don’t have to make your case to US, but to Etsy. We are only other sellers and can do nothing for you.
You also need to pursue your own intellectual property rights and issue DMCA take downs to the photo thieves. Until you do, Etsy will keep assuming you are reselling items you did not make..
Do you have a video of you making the items?
@HarlemblingStore your account is not suspended, just placed on vacation. Did you have influx of orders? Etsy might've paused you untill you catch up. Or were you asked to verify your identity/financial info?
If Etsy thought you were stealing other sellers' photos, they'd most likely deactivate the listings. Your Shop Announcement is typically what they put when they want some kind of financial info or other verification from you.
Could any of the 'common reasons' apply? -- How to Reinstate Your Suspended Account – Etsy Help
your photos are your IP, it is your responsibility to police them
as soon as etsy takes one down, and you think others have stolen your photo, you need to check, and issue oficial DCMA takedowns to those sites . through their official takedown links, straight away,
keep the evidence of takedown, and appeal that takedown with etsy, so they can put it back.
If you have takedowns, and do nothing about the IP infringers, then you are going to get problems.
1. If your photos are stolen, then they are steeling your customers, and revenue, with your own photos
this means that you get less money, and etsy gets less fees,
2. it also means etsy has to pay a lot of money to sites like google, to compete against your stolen photos in search
So etsy doesn't want them here
they also want unique, so make sure you issue those takedowns, so you are unique - and as a benefit, get more sales
.... you should have been doing this anyway, now there is an additional reason to do it
