You are talking to other sellers not Etsy. File an appeal.

If you have been banned and your appeal denied, it's time to find somewhere else to sell.

When you find somewhere, don't create replicas of weapons from famous movies or tv shows or anime.

Instead make your own one of a kind items that aren't based on anything famous.

If you continue to create unlicensed counterfeits or you will just get shut down again, as counterfeit "fan art" is illegal to sell without permission from the original intellectual property holders.

You are vulnerable to scams if you try to open a new seller account.  Don't be tempted to buy an account or pay for advice from a forum.  There is a whole industry around banned sellers trying to return undetected.  If you go down that road, you'll be out of your money with nothing to show for it.  There is no way around Etsy security and verification.  No one wants tax, legal and financial liability on an account they don't control.
