Account pause/forced vacation mode

I attempted to change my account to my LLC information. I waited over a week and no response from customer support in regards to verifying my documents I uploaded. I have lost a lot of customers due to being on vacation mode. I have since went back to sole proprietor due to NO response from tickets I have submitted. My information is valid now as sole proprietor but I am stuck on paused account and vacation mode. My shop is vetmade3d and has been paused since February 4 2025.
