Account hacked and unable to get support from Etsy.

Hello, my account BabyShowerGiftsAus was hacked over 2 weeks ago. My account was used to message people (I could see notifications of conversations in my gmail account) I could not log into my account when I noticed this or change my pw. And then my store was suspended due to the suspicious activity and I've reached out and appealed many times and i am yet to get any support.

It's non existent. 

I dont understand how its been ignored for so long. 

Please help anyone??!

You could try a call back - here is the link for it - hopefully you can get someone who realizes you need help and can do it.

It's also important not to open multiple tickets. Stick with one, and when/if necessary, respond with "I still need help".  By the way: Your shop is open with one listing.

and as above, just open the 1 log, and keep replying to the same one - through help - contact us
