Hi , I was requested to verify my bank which i filled in and got the amount on my statement on the 10th May. However never did I have a box to fill in the amount onto etsy. It kept asking me to filled in the bank details all over again to verify. On the 19th my listings were deactivated. Since then I have emailed and went on phone chat but so far not getting anywhere and no feedback. I have sent my bank statement through the chat line for them to verify 7 days ago and so far no feedback. Listings still deactivated. Very frustrating no sales and I don't know when it will be sorted. Some days on the live chat they tell me they have a technical problems and I just have to wait. Has anyone any advice as I have no business now as no sales since the 15th May and I cannot seem to get this resolved.
