possiedo un secondo account che mi dice che sono bannato Dall utilizzo del forum senza aver mai neanche effettuato l accesso al forum . qualcuno può aiutarmi ?

A second seller account or buyer account?  Buyers are not allowed in the forums.

If you have another seller account, both accounts names and addresses need to be added to each profile.

I don't know why your other account would be banned from teh forums if you never entered teh forums.  For that you would need to ask Etsy.

@WoxDigitalVision: "I can't find the contact email" There is no eMail address or phone number for Etsy customer service.  You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
