I hope everything is going well! I wanted to share an update about my account. Unfortunately, my account got suspended around 15 days ago. I quickly filled an appeal 14 days ago, hoping to resolve the issue.
According to the information I received, I should have received a response within two weeks, but today marks the end of that period, and I haven't received any updates yet.
Interestingly, when I checked the appeal section, I noticed that I have the option to submit another appeal. About 5 days ago, the support team from Instagram and Facebook contacted me, assuring me that their team would be in touch soon.
I'm not sure what the next best step is. I would truly appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have on how to proceed from here.

What does instagram and facebook have to do with your etsy shop suspension? Just curious.
I don't have experience with appealing suspensions, but I would imaging that weekends aren't counted as they aren't traditional business days, but I could be wrong.

@ElixirByte Forums is only other sellers. We have no information about the status of your case, and Etsy Support will not communicate with you here concerning the status of the appeal. As already noted in another reply, it is the weekend, which makes it unlikely that you will receive a response from them until next week.
