Account Suspended for No Reason

I created a new Etsy account last night to specifically sell digital items as I want to focus on that now and today when I woke up to upload a listing, it said my account was suspended. I paid the $29 fee to start the account and I know it went through because I saw it on my credit card statement. I have submitted an appeal but it said it could take up to two weeks to get fixed which is a ridiculously long time since I literally didn't violate any terms considering I haven't even sold anything yet or uploaded anything. I am extremely annoyed as I have a bunch of digital products ready to list that I can't now. Also annoyed because I didn't receive any notice from Etsy about this. I checked my email and my spam and I have gotten absolutely nothing regarding this so I am not sure what the issue is here. I tried to reach out to support but they won't even accept my ticket since my account is suspended (that's why I am posting through this account). I am BEYOND frustrated.

I see a shop called CaraPaigeShop with thousands of sales and 46 items.  CaraPaigeShop - Etsy Canada

I see it sells merchandise that plays on the Taylor Swift name or monikers.  That could be why, if you see it gone, it is being suspended.  You can't infringe on other's names or trade/servicemarks.

Yes, that is my current account. I created a new account called DigitalzByCara and that is the account that was suspended. I couldn't post in the forum from that account since it is suspended.

Have you had any claims filed against you in the CaraPaigeShop? Have you been notified of any IP violations? Etsy can look at past issues on an account and decide they don't want to allow a second account. They may have found it suspicious that you were opening another digital store (assuming that is what you were doing). 

If Etsy detects unusual patterns like multiple accounts created from the same IP address or using a VPN to mask location, they might flag it as suspicious. If there are any inaccuracies in personal details that could cause it. 

There really isn't much we can guess at here since we don't know what Etsy said. Etsy does send emails when they suspend so you may want to check your spam folders and email again. That email would give you a better idea of why it was suspended.

Yeah I have re checked my email and spam folders several times today and I have absolutely nothing from them so I am even more confused.

"Counterfeit or unauthorized items are prohibited on Etsy. We consider counterfeit or unauthorized goods to be items that imitate an authentic good, particularly by using a brand’s name, logo, or protected design without the brand owner’s consent"

so that includes Taylor Swift merch.

I personally think saying "All other shops selling this design are using stolen artwork" on a Taylor Swift inspired ornament to be very ironic.

I’ve had a Etsy seller account for awhile only 19 sales with perfect record all 5 star reviews I put my shop on vacation for 8 days when I got back took it off vacation mode thought I was all set but no they pit it back on vacation mode say shop is closed I’m filling orders a big lie to any customer that looks at my store I guess it’s ok for Etsy to lie but if I did as a seller I would get a bad name,the frustrating part is they say it make take 2 weeks to get the shop back open? Completely incompetent group running etsy might be time to sell elsewhere
