Account Still Suspended?

Hi there! I just started my small business, and after some hassle with getting my business verified for 2 weeks, I finally received an email that the document I submitted was reviewed, my business is verified, and I can begin selling on Etsy. 2 minutes later I receive another email that my account is suspended (again) because they couldn't verify the information provided during onboarding... all. my info, SSN, EIN, and Business File number are all correct - I triple checked. Has anyone dealt with this? Can anyone tell me what they've done to finally get everything approved? Thanks!

I have my bank account set up already, the notification specifically says "unverified taxpayer information." even though all of my taxpayer info is input and correct

UPDATE: I changed my taxpayer information from Disregarded Entity to NOT a Disregarded Entity, and now I have 2 conflicting messages showing on my profile: "Good News: We verified your taxpayer information!" and "We were unable to verify the business information you entered." My shop is still frozen Somebody please help
