Hello Etsy members, I hope you’re doing well.
Our account was recently suspended, and after filing an appeal, Etsy informed us that the suspension was an error, and the account was reinstated. However, within the same week, it was closed again, right after we had started receiving orders.
We filed another appeal, but we haven’t received any response yet. The issue is that we began working on about six orders during the four days our shop was active, and now, many of our customers are seeing the shop closed and are beginning to ask for refunds.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Are you even able to reach your orders to give them a refund? You do need to message them and explain that your shop was closed in error and should reopen soon and their order would/could still be fulfilled if they wished. OR you can issue the refund if they still wish. (That is if you can).
That is what I would do--what you decide in this situation is up to you. Hopefully Etsy will reopen your shop.
