Access denied to forums

How I've tried to solve the problem already:
I emailed community@etsy.com on April 5th and haven't had a reply. I've tried to reply to existing threads about the topic but when you click reply it scrolls you to the bottom of the page where there isn't anywhere to type your reply.

The problem:
I'm a seller and when I try to access the forums it says "Access denied". I'm logged in as a seller and I have tried logging out and logging back in. Still can't see forum content. Someone please help!

Make sure you are logged into the forums and not just Etsy.

I believe I am. If I go to the top right corner of this page it says "Sign out" under the picture of my head. Is there another way to confirm this?

@IntriguingFineArt  Hi, Here is a Thread from a couple of weeks ago; same problem as yours. In this instance, Admin ModFabio (formerly HerrMoostache), fixed the OPs issue.

ETA: You mentioned the Sign Out (top Right, next to your Avatar). I have Sign Out next to mine as well.

Hello,

Your access to the Community Forums had already been fixed back when you emailed us - you may want to check your spam folder for our reply and acknowledgment.

Try clearing your cache/cookies, and then log out and back in on the Community Forums (not just your Etsy account) so these changes can take effect. If you continue experiencing issues, and/or this is related to a different account, please email us at community (@) etsy . com and we'll take a look.
