Hello, we have 2 orders from Turkey. We ship these orders with domestic cargo. When we enter the tracking numbers in the etsy system, we do not accept them, we ask you to help us about this issue.
Have you been sure you selected the PTT Posta as the Carrier when entering the Tracking?
OK. I understand. PTT is not reliable.so you are using Yurtici? Then just choose Other and enter the tracking number. That should be sufficient for marking the Order as complete, but it may not be enough for Star Seller Program. Does Yurtici Tracking Number show if you enter it into the "Aftership" website database? Perhaps Yurtici is not recognized by Etsy

Hi. do you have experience using PTT standard shipping to abroad for example America or Canada? I sent an order with standard service with tracking number, but after 10 days I can not see any progress in shipping process, I am a bit worried.
Ptt cargo delivery times are long and they often lose packages. That's why we ship with Yurtiçi cargo.
We could not add the domestic cargo tracking number from the Other cargo companies tab.
