@CeramesEU: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm which order Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it?
"Please check." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
As an aside, you should clarify that you make these items yourself, of if you designed them and someone else is making them exclusively for you they need to be listed as a production partner. Otherwise it looks like you are only reselling other people's 'handmade' items which is not allowed on Etsy. Etsy is slowly shutting down reseller shops, sometimes only because they APPEAR to be a reseller.
