ANOTHER INSANE STAR SELLER GLITCH

Not that I have ever found the star seller program to make a difference BUT.........my star seller message rating was 100%  this morning. This afternoon it dropped to 67% based on a message from over a month ago they said I didn't respond to with 24 hours. It's nuts. CS absolutely clueless and just obviously reading preset Etsy responses. With all the glitches this month and the new form a nightmare,  I don't see me selling much here. I am a hobby seller and it's truly getting to not be worth the headache. I'll give my stuff to various charities. smh

Etsy reviews the past 3 months for the SS badge, not just this month.

It was 100% this morning. I can see the messages.. all responded to promptly. How does it go to 67% in a couple of hours??

While I know it is calculated on a monthly basis I wonder if things could possibly "roll off" on a daily basis and some of your messages have rolled off changing the percentage. Just a thought.

Nope. I sell very little and it's easy to keep track of. NO reason for the change.

I have seen many posts about "phantom messages" yesterday, maybe it is a new issue on etsy

Have you checked on the csv file for the order which they now say was not responded to within 24 hrs?  Does it tick all the boxes, reply time, marked as spam etc?  If so open a convo with support and ask for it to be reassessed.  If you point out the error and they fix it in the next day or two, it should correct itself before the end of month.
